A bit to hectic for me, I'll try another episode or two before I cast my official hat on this one.Good Points

+ Funny Story (It makes me wonder how it turns out)

+Likable Characters(I've already picked out my favorites, I'm sure if you watch this you will too, there seems to be a little something for everyone.)Bad Points
-Too Fast and Hectic: This could probably be fixed by English voice actors(No I'm not making a point over the Sub v. Dub debate). Its just that the subtitles fly by so quick that I had to rewind a little to catch some of the lines.-Jumping: Its to be expected from just watching the first episode, but that doesn't help the fact that I always seemed to be left in the lurch. Maybe it was the subtitles moving to fast?Give it a try, its enjoyable and light hearted(which i guess isn't a word, who would've guessed?). It was an interesting way to kill off around 22 minutes of your time.(I don't watch closers).

i love the music and it may be a quick episode but it makes me laugh. i love comical anime and this goes in my top 5 along with my bride is a mermaid. i'm almost grabbing my sides from laughing so hard.

i swear people are running out of ideas....there are nice characters and there's some annoying ones...to me its out of balance....sorry i didnt like it..

To be honest, I'm not sure what to think about "Oh! Edo Rocket". The story itself makes very little sense and it's told in an almost frantic manner, making it difficult to follow. The surprisingly well-animated fight scenes contrast sharply with the super-deformed models of some of the main characters, reminding me a little of Jubei-chan and the Lovely Eyepatch. The tale of Seikichi and the eccentric denizens that populate Edo is a strange one, no doubt, a very unique ride that doesn't follow norm or convention, but it was so much fun, I'm willing to give it a chance. If you are in the mood for some wacky anime comedy, sprinkled with bits of intrigue and some fast-paced action, take this rocket for a spin, you won't be disappointed.
