Ok so its been 15 years since the big death, which killed everyone who had hit puberty or older, so assuming 12 or 13 to be an average for puberty that would make the oldest anyone could be at about 26-27 years old, tops. So why do so many of the people look so old? I mean even Luke Perry was 37 when he made this show, and it shows too. Look at the crows feet around his eyes, people don’t start showing age like that until they’re in their late 30’s or early 40’s. It’s not just him either, since I’ve been watching this show I’ve noticed a lot of characters who look way older that the age allowed by the scenario of this show.A quick run down the list of the cast on IMDB shows the majority were 30 or over when they acted in this. Would it have really been that hard to find actors in their early/mid 20’s?
