Just wanted to bring up a point, is god supposedly perfect and all knowing? Well if so then didn't he know that certain gene sequences would come together to bring about certain traits in people. Didn't he know all of what has been and always will be? If this is the case then he gave us "free will" knowing full well exactly what we would do and what would happen and when. In such a case he created us to be imperfect and destroy ourselves, knowing we would be cast out of Eden, Knowing the wars we would bring upon each other. So we were made explicitly to suffer. So do we actually have "free will" or not. Or does it need to be accepted that god isn't perfect and that it might'a screwed up really badly not having a clue what its working towards. That seems quite likely seeing as we were created in gods image and we haven't a clue either. My apologies if I offended anyone but that thought has been kicking around in my head for a while now as I was watching the show and reading the comments.
