How a former Weather Man turns into a hi-tech super-powered crook with an armor suit, is beyond me. This episode doesn't elaborate on the change. He steals a device, wears a power suit stashed in his van, connects device to suit somehow and voila: instant weather-controlling villain. No DARC, no Matt and little of Sgt Reed in this the finally episode of the "Alpha Commando" Series. At least Cornelius & Miner are present. I actually would like to see this series on DVD for the sake of collecting it, but nothing is out at the time of this writing. Looks like I commented on all 40 episodes, LOL!
