I have been to Manaus, and unlike what our man Ralph Pagano says, the bus service is very good. With a big fish, you can't get into a bus anywhere... When he visits the market and eats a soup in the street, instead of educating us about the dishes and flavors, he just belittles the local tastes... "Almost a numbing sensation in my mouth. I don't know if it is hepatitis H, yellow fever or Malaria". I am sorry, but you have a higher risk of Hepatitis H in Detroit than in Manaus (just check OMS).
I wish he could stick less to cliches and more to local information...
