I became a fan of Ralph's from Hell's Kitchen S1 and this is a pleasant surprise. Not too over the top but still delivered in that familiar Ralph style. I like it! Can't wait to see how the other eps pan out. Bravo Ralph!

I really enjoyed it. They drop the guy off somewhere in the world and he has to cook mainly but he will do anything it takes to earn the $250 in foreign money to get his ticket home. If he doesn't make the money for his ticket he has to do something really bad to get home. In this particular episode the meal ticket is to eat 3 habanero peppers, the hottest pepper known to man. Not only is this show rich in food culture it's very entertaining. It's kind of like a mix between Dinner Impossible and Dirty Jobs. Bravo! 5 stars.
