Wasn't sure what to expect with this cooking/reality show since I'd never heard of Ralph Pagano. Although the show's format is a bit cheesy--particularly the "penalties" Ralph must incur if he doesn't earn enough dinero--Ralph's mad-people skills and New York attitude make for an enjoyable watch. While not quite as dramatic or intriguing as Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares," it's still conceptually interesting. Think "America's Toughest Jobs" meets "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" in the kitchen...
