I enjoyed the nods to terentino but thought the main charactor didnt fit the roll ( not psychotic enough). A movie lovers movie.

Good movie for the time. Nice to see the pot head from Dazed and Confused get a bad guy role. I liked the movie. I love the fact that they put the cheese to it. This must be where Tarentino got his ideas.

by todays standards it was sub-par, but it has that classic movie feeling, they should have made a sequel about the kid at the beginning. the thing about classic, vintage movies is that their flaws make them so good. its not super HD perfect picture and i kinda like it that way. granted this movie could have been better, but you can say that to everything. couldnt the newest james bond movies been better? yes, with a different actor as james bond, but its the way it is. i love movies from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and early 2000's (2000-2005). they are original, most the movies now are just remakes of the movies from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. most of the remakes by disney, and that is why the remakes suck so much. disney is not a respectable company anymore, hannah montana, jonas brothers, and all the others like them have ruined disneys reputation, and i hate how disney makes cartoons that have the exact same plot, just different setting, and different characters. no originality, but movies like this are original.

Drugs, violence and oldie music doth not a Tarentino flick make. This is the wristwatch equivalent of a fake Rolex; stick to real Tarantino, not imitations.
