I hate when shows waste an entire episode with scenes from previous episodes. They are just trying to fill air time, and it shows a lack of content.
It's one thing to have a quick flashback for a short segment to enhance storyline or depth such as in LOST. But to a show with nothing but mere clips of old episodes it not very entertaining. I think after the first flashback we all got the point that the team works as a team. There's no need to beat a dead horse...
Was there some kind of strike or something going on during the time when this season finale was actually scheduled to air? It seems rushed and not very enticing compared with the previous episodes.
We should all know the standard A-Team show format by now.
- Bad guy roughs up a group of people.
- People fight back and are hurt
- client meets with Hannibal in disguise and hires A-Team
- A-Team faces bad guys demands consilation then and loses asses the threat
- A-Team builds a means to fight back
- A-Team conquers threat
- Bad Guys are take away
Even with a basic formula they seemed to run out of ideas on this one.
I hope this isn't a trend into the next season, but only time will tell...
