Agree with first reviewer, though there have got to be better restaurants than the one shown here.

As for glimpse into emergency medical treatment, glimpse is exactly right. It didn't really show anything [no filming of the actual operation/treatment was allowed] or discuss medical care issues.

This episode was worth watching. If a glimpse into Yemeni emergency medical treatment wasn't a look into the country, then I don't what could be.

There wasn't much about Yemen here because Dr. Danger slipped down a mountain and threw out his shoulder, so half the show was the trip to the hospital and him recovering. Watch the show until he slips, and skip the rest. First part had an nteresting demo of camel jumping and a restaurant that provides a meal like a taco bell burrito, otherwise skip it.
