The helicopter was flying at a low level when pyrotechnic explosions caused the helicopter to lose control and crash on top of the three. Morrow and Le were both decapitated by the blades; Chen was also fatally injured. Vic Morrow played a German 0fficer working in a Death Camp in The Twilight Zone movie. And he got his head split down the middle in an accident filming a bug out scene as russian liberaters approached. I heard, that's how he died, never having saw the film. And; doubt they'd leave it in anyway.
