...so this probably would have grown on me. Not too bad. I think, though, that the last thing she needs is a baby since she acts so much like a child herself. Agree that the laugh track detracts from the whole enterprise. It's all kind of moot now, though, I guess.
I was jumping for joy when I heard that amy was returning to tv and with parker posey (LOVE HER!) . I can't help but feel disappointed. Some of the jokes are OK but overall, it's not pleasant to watch. Why the laugh track? That is horrible.
I hate that it was cancelled, I hate the laugh track. I was so pissed that it had hardly no PR and no big thing about how it was from the great Amy of Gilmore Girls. I liked seeing Gypsy of Gils on the first episode. Good cast Not a big Parker Posey fan. Well that's my input.
As a Gilmore Girls fan,I am deeply disappointed here. No wonder that this show was just canceled. Note to Hollywood: DO NOT put Parker Posey in a sitcom, ever, again!!! She comes across as twitchy and irritating to the tenth power.
Also, that laugh track must have been conceived by Foley artists from hell;it was as useless as a lace on a barbell. What a waste of time and talent.
This is so beneath everyone involved. This is Gilmore-paced, a slightly uneven script, and we hate the laugh track because in such a fast-paced delivery, it stops everything. It's jarring. I don't have to be told when and if to laugh.
This was painful to sit through and I only made it about 5 minutes in. It's a shame too because I adore Parker Posey and wish her nothing but success. Unfortunately, she will not find it with this awful show.
