I found the Envy Girls in March while I was exercising for spring break. I just came back to them yesterday and did the "Legs of Envy" workout. I am quite sore today, and the workout was a great balance. I just finished the "Abs of Envy" and not only do I feel the workout in my abs, I feel it in my shoulders too, from the use of the weights and lifting my arms up and down. I love the Envy Girls and have recommended it to my mom. :)
P.S. I'm 16, and my mom is 49, so this workout is for any and all ages if you want to apply yourself!!
