Plot errors
There were a bunch of them. One big one was at the end. The bad guys in the plane left their car at the airstrip to which they returned. They could have taken their guns, got back in the car, and driven over to kill Rockford and the girl, and driven away.
Instead it showed them walking down the road. Very strange. Was this review helpful?

Jim Rockford Is One Of The Greatest TV Private Eyes Ever.
This is the start of a great series. It is an obvious pilot episode / movie of the week. Rockford is one of the best written television private eye ever. You really have to hand it to Stephen Cannell for creating something special for the ages. I am also glad they changed out Rockys...the guy they ended up with was so much more endearing.
