Well Harryotter, sausage is delicious ;)

So I was recommended to watch this show and started from the beginning. I read the review entitled "pretentious" and after watching the first episode, I have to agree...mainly because of the guy in the gray suit coat who seems like he only knows a few big words and likes to repeat them throughout the episode (if he did or did not, I don't remember, but it sure seemed like it) and this becomes quite annoying by the end of the show. With that said, I will give the show another shot, maybe watch an episode from a more recent season.

I know that a lot of the best cooks in NYC are WHITE males but seriously, could you get a bigger, more homogeneous and more pretentious sausage fest together?? The token actress female added nothing but her pretty face, blank-eyed look and inane laughter when it came to the stories that the "elite chefs" told about the "good ole" days when they actually did cook. That restaurant was not nearly big enough for all their egos. Not only that, the lack of diversity speaks to the racist and prejudicial views that this show creates and promotes in the cooking world. Additionally...two white men...who open a sushi bar...and can't even make sushi?? I leave it at that.

This foodie kept smiling through the whole show. That was fun. I have no interest in eating anything sushi but very much enjoyed the chef's table. This looks to be a fun ride.

What a cool show... Very informative, funny... Satoshi is the man...:)...
