This was way out there lol but i realy like the show

The subject of War of the Gods goes back to the beginning of recorded time, the battle between good and evil. The thing that makes these two episodes so great is they exactly portray how that battle is fought.

The whole concept of 'the ancients' (or the angels) is almost directly taken by the Stargate SG1 tv series. (see Stargate SG1 season 3, episode: Maternal Instinct). The later seasons take more focus on the ancients and the Daniel Jackson character actually transcends and becomes one of them.
