Like Rod W. I, too, watched both the Twilight Zone and Night Gallery as a child and teenager. This one was always one of my favorites. Night Gallery came on Wednesday on NBC at 10:00. I invariably would fall asleep on it, so the next day my sister would tell me about the episodes. I'll never forget her telling me about "The Dead Man." I remember wondering why the patient killed the doctor. My sister replied, "Because HE KILLED HIM! Wouldn't you be alittle peeved?!" The Dead Man, The Caterpillar, The Doll, The Diary, Feast of Blood and Certain Shadows on the Wall are my absolute favorites.
Also, the pilot for the Night Gallery starring Roddy McDowall in one of the segments is very SCARY! Michael Blodgett(aka dead man) was kinda popular back then. You saw him on a few television shows.
