In this episode, Lloyd Bochner is one of the actors. When he speaks he 'breaks the fourth wall', to use the theatre term. That is, he speaks to the 'world beyond the stage'. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_wall.) He won the Laurel Award, Canada's highest theater award, twice. This greatness even wears off on Kevin Tighe, who normally does not do that much. (He still was very good, or Jack Webb would never had hired him!) When Kevin Tighe is talking with Bochner, I can literally feel him(Tighe) doing this. This was a very good performance by Tighe.
