I think it depicts being in a band from the southeast pretty well. I saw this movie 5 years ago before living in North Carolina. Now I live there and tour frequently and it's pretty accurate.

kinda cheesy and predictable but overall i liked this movie.

they did a great job with the band members. most bands with true musicians aren't a bunch of guys acting like "rockers" and putting out this image on a daily basis. they are just normal dudes, some cool, some not really cool at all. haha and i liked how they were all very different from each other to bring something to the plate and make the band whole.
this was probably my biggest reason for liking the movie.

if you've ever been in a band or around a band i think you'll enjoy this movie, just to sit back and laugh at their drama and relate to "the tough times".

The best acting in the movie is the character Helen the drummers sister played my actress and uncredited producer of BandWagon Maryellen Williams. She's a natural. Too bad she wasn't in it more it would have made the movie much better.

It was alright to watch.The music was terrible.Its funny how these guys didnt want to become all trendy and change their music when it is already stupidly mainstream and terrible.

It's not anything close to what actually being in a band and writing songs and playing shows is like and it's definitely not that easy to get signed, but the characters are developed thoroughly and were well thought out and the movie was overall good.
