well i watched it 4 time so......

I have always been a huge Wiig fan..and this will continue to be a favorite. I have quite a few "Penelope" type people in my life and this never fails to crack me up. Just love it..and once again..the dollar reference is hilarious!

Kristen Wiig is a comic genius.

the dollar bill reference is just the funniest thing I have ever heard!!! OMG!!!! But that skinny Latin girl and the black lady in the background were so annoying on how they were trying to get in on the skit. OMG btches!!! Your not apart of the cast!!!
I couldnt pay attention with the figiting in the background. Other than that I thought the the skit was the best ever and i just love this charector. I want more clips!!!!

I would have loved traffic school if it was like this! Kristen Wiig is awesome. The reference to the Dollar bill is gold, just gold!
