Only 20 or even 10 years ago, we, teenagers, had nothing like this, except maybe an After School special. To have a television series that deals with true feelings of a teenager, gay or otherwise, is awesome.
Aside from being well done, it shows the uncertainty and difficulty of trying to figure out who you are, dealing with so many emotions and feelings which are often conflicting.
I can't tell you how important it is to have a television show that not only represents who you are, but supports you and portrays this via the main characters.
