This is a fun workout. If you've been working out for a while and are accustomed to longer workouts (I do about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week) this will be moderately challenging and good to do in conjunction with other workouts for the day. If you're a beginner, this will challenge you but will still be fun. She changes the routine about every ten minutes, which alleviates boredom. There are ad interruptions during the workout and she also take some short breaks, so you need to remember to keep moving (jogging or marching in place) during the interruptions. Also when she does the burpee (squat thrust), she uses her knees for the pushup in the middle. I changed it to a full pushup instead for more of a challenge. Overall it’s fun and I’d definitely do this again as part of my exercise for the day.
