Oh my goodness what were they thinking when they redubbed this!!! The first dub although ruff and slightly different from the original translation, at least for the most part the voice actors and the script matched, slight changes were made in order not to offend religious individuals and so on. Sadly the only keeped the main character, but for the most part he's first dub and replaced with this is extremely out field script and the supporting voice characters some from the first dub were given different characters and well while some match, alot of the bad guys got sissy voices rather than the heavy voiced characters from the first dub, regardless this is so sad this redub and really with all that money they spent in redubbing this could have gone to obtaining other wonderful anime pieces from Japan. Regardless I'm still a fan of the wandering samurai series still this seems to be a waste of cash to redub something that was already done before.   See 7 other replies

I can not even watch this because the voices are so bad from the original. They really need to get better version of this or just take it off the site. If people only watched it with these voice actors they would think this is one of the worst anime's ever instead of one of the best (though really after the Shishio fights it really goes down).   See 7 other replies
