Wehn you first start watching this, one can't help but feel sorry for this dead woman, especially her trying to help her father, although the relationship was strained at best. " Frail and old" my azz !,.....never undeestimate the power of an elderly person,....both physical and mental abilities. I live in a senior community, and believe me when I say, seniors are more than capable of putting on their performances, especially if it benefits them. What makes it so bad, is there are those seniorts who desperately need help,.....truly,....and won't ask for it.

Who lied to the police? The same person that is going/got control of the money from Ken's property, the daughter. She said that the mirror weighted 100 pounds but it only really weighted 35. Can you tell the difference between 35 and 100? of course you can. Also who cleaned out the garage to get rid of the mirror? I bet it was the daughter. She is also the one that said the mark on Ken's arm was a bite mark. If someone was trying to strangle you to death would you bite so lightly that you only left a bruise? No way you or I would have bit right through the skin down to the bone. And the skin of the elderly is like paper it breaks easy. I don't believe that the dentist did a good job. He gave the police what they wanted to hear. If the bite mark did match why didn't they show the cast of the victims teeth and the photo? Because it wasn't a good match.In an investigation you go with who lies and who gets the money. The person that did both was the daughter. This was very sloppy police work and an Innocent man died in prison because of it. Ken should have turned over his property to get a good lawyer. It's like Newt Gingrich said. "The Constitutions guarantees you a lawyer. But it doesn't guarantee you a good one." The PD just cut a deal, didn't even try to defend Ken. The only bit of hard evidence they had was a dentist saying that the photo of a bruise was a bite mark of the victim. Where was a second opinion? Also how old was the bruise? Bruises last a long time on old people. also how did the body get so far away from the house? Remember the tire tracks from Ken's car didn't match. Who tries did match? I bet it was the daughters but that was not checked, sloppy police work. Who said Ken uses his wheel chair like a SUV? The daughter. This poor guy got shafted and the guilty person got the money. Lazy and shoddy police work.
