He doesn't hope to empower the middle class, he wants to extinguish it with a redistribution of wealth. Every major legislation his administration has passed to date has furthered this goal. Only 15% of the "stimulus bill" was actually money to stimulate our economy, the rest was pork barrel. He hasn't pulled out troops like he promised and because our lib media isn't calling him out as a war monger as they did Bush, he finds it unimportant in his weekly address to talk about the 30,000 troops he's now deploying. This is feel good bs, and you might as well have Stalin on the screen spreading his propaganda about the brave new direction we're moving in. If you aren't wise to him yet, you're not paying attention. A nobel prize after 8 days in office? Wake up people.
