...a poacher arrested for killing wild animals in order to provide for 6 children and a pregnant wife. Can't anyone see the solution to this issue of indigenous people and the local wildlife? There are simply too many people. Not just in Kenya but globally. The solution is in sexual education and birth control. Why on earth would you continue to have children if there aren't enough resources to feed the family you have? How can we all be so naive as to ignore the fact that there are too many humans on this planet? The solution isn't in segregating the land or dividing the people. It's in condoms and warfare to reduce the human population so that the other beings that share this planet have a chance to live as well.
Disrupt the fragile balance of the planet and mother nature flushes the toilet on ALL of us.
There are already more humans than this planet can support. We poison the water, we pollute the air. And population is expected to quadruple in the next 20 years. The poor will become even more impoverished, famined and diseased. The rich will become richer. And we will all die.
Over 3 billion years to create what we have destroyed in a mere 100 years. All of this infuriates me to no end.
