I don't remember watching this when I was growing up in the 70's, but I enjoyed Robin Williams' performance in this episode. Not a fan of his, but he was an adorable frog, especially as the potential meal. Haha.

The Boy who left home! We used to tape them off TV and I watched that old tape over and over. I still have it!

The Boy who left home... and Nightingale were the ones I watched a lot. I was fortunate to have seen them all as a little kid. We rented them from our local library. See 5 other replies

Robin Williams is extra Robin Williamsish in this episode. But it's a sweet story, nevertheless.
