I have the exact same problems only worse. But I find its ya'll that are the problems. Its your internet that's causing it. If more than one person on my end watches a show or goes on the internet at all, it kinda kicks the quality out but I still can use the internet. Also, sometimes I have to reset the connection or restart my computer to get it to work. Most of the time I yelled at Hulu when I got one bar per every 5 minutes literally, I find its not Hulu but MY internet. So don't act like Hulu's making you suffer through 15-60 seconds of torture and go cursing on the threads because its you're internet that HAPPENS to be slow. If you're only on hulu, and you have 120k/s of streaming, you're fine but if you get like 30k/s of streaming, thats what happens. You start cussing all over. Gosh, its NOT HULU I PROMISE YOU!!! EVEN IF IT **IS** ITS TEMPORARY I ASSURE YOU. As for the ads, if you can't take 30 seconds (granted it takes a while to load SOMETIMES), fine, keep cussing. By the way, they try to give us solutions, like a TV trivia before the show then no ads. In fact, right now I have 24 hours no commercials just tax tips on the ad window outside the movie window. play pause play pause is probably the internet. Here's some advice, GET BETTER INTERNET! I have good internet and I have to reset and then it works perfectly! If you got top-of-the-line internet, fine, there's still something wrong. Poor quality? I have GREAT streaming okay? If it gets bad, I don't start yelling and complaning and cussing! Gosh, I get my reset too, but I don't start F***ing people when that happens. "Oh no, it reset! I'm going to start cussing and complaining at Hulu when 99 percent of the time, its MY INTERNET THATS THE PROBLEM!"   See 3 other replies
