This is very well presented and gives almost all ideas of atheism. I'm glad that somebody is finally speaking up and is making it this official. We shall no longer be quiet. Everyone is an atheist when he or she's born and we are those who managet to get out of that mindless influence, usually through education or some are born to atheist families where they can decide whether they choose to be theist or not, but it kind of works like in theist families and they tend to be the same belief as their parents.
I'm not sure whether the World is ready for atheism, whether all people are better without the faith, but the same as evolution, so far all evidence points that way.
To me, religion is like a gun. If you don't have it, you are certainly less likely to shoot somebody. But you might argue your own safety, because other have it and it makes you safer. But what is better? Have a gun ready to "protect" or if all people realize that having a gun is dangerous in any case and may cause nothing else than violence when it clashes with another gun holder with different goals? For me the answer is simple, but the execution of it is very hard.
In this Richard's talk I saw many good points made that could eventually lead to get us rid of the "guns"...
Hope more people get to see it and THINK while watching.
Because there is even more to say, I give 4 stars...Even though I deem it to be 5 for the will to change things around.
