Hmm unsatisfying episode and testimony from Tommy Hanson. He didn't really describe the events well, and didn't describe dropping his gun.I don't quite get the gun/bullet scenario painted in the episode. There were three guns at the scene due to three bullets recovered -- the ones that Budman and Hanson fired at eachother, and one that Psycho fired somewhere? And then they found that the bullet in Budman matched Hanson's gun. They found that the gun Psycho had when he died matched one of the bullets, and they had the gun that Budman used. Where does the "third gun" that Psycho was supposed to have ditched come into play? I don't quite get what the hubub was about here.The question seems simple: Did Hanson hit Budman when he fired back at him or not? If so, yes he's guilty of murder. However, does self-defence come into play? The defense attorney didn't really talk about that at all.
