This show started out so strong, and then about a quarter of the way through the season it took a turn for the worse. It's still entertaining, but very poorly written. The writers should have kept the show strictly about John helping the Seattle PD solve murders and missing persons cases (with John and the criminals having no connection), and keep a consistent back story about John discovering his identity. Instead the show became about all the crime in Seattle being based around John and his friends. It makes the whole thing a little preposterous, like John is Batman or something.

I hope they change their minds and decide to make or air more episodes. This is actually a good show. It is entertaining and educational. I have enjoyed watching this show.

It was obvious at episode 4, why this show was cancelled; but you keep watching 'hoping it will get better'. Nope. If it wasn't obvious at episode 4, then it sure as hell was obvious by episode 8, at the latest! Nonsensical dialog (especially in this ep - "Michael, stay here and lock the door" - But, Michael is BLIND! Geez. Sets are all off (how did John Doe recover all of the items from his 'secret room' after the Pheonix group confiscated everything?); etc., etc., Just really poor production, writing, and directing.Not so horrible that you stop watching, though. You want it to get better, but it just didn't. Fortunately, the actors got paid for work in 21 episodes, instead of 4.

Ya its a bad ass show it makes ya think, good thing! As an aspiring writer myself I'm always aware of details , why because I'm a rookie trying to sell my work. I guess these guys did okay, it sold but not for two seasons!! I love it anyway!! Enjoy the show quit complaining bout details!! There's a reason why it didn't make to season two!!! If ya wanna complain, complain there is not a season two!! I enjoyed Dominic Purcell and William Forsythe in this!!!!
