I am confused as to why Shay and Jeff are just NOW discussing things they should have discussed more openly when they were dating (which in my opinion was definitely not long enough at 11 months). They are now engaged and are having all these little "differences" (home, children, income, his beard??) that are causing them stress to the point where they went to see a counselor (which they should have done before getting engaged, in my opinion). Also, the money aspect is going to be a huge problem for them both because Shay is used to spending whatever she wants (of Daddy's money), and Jeff is going to put the brakes on all that. I think that if her father decides anyway to continue to support her financially after the marriage, that will also cause some friction between Jeff and her, and between him and his father-in-law. Good luck to them both.....
