Look, the show is not the most accurate in depicting "real-life" EMS, but it's a lot more entertaining than watching the run-of-the-mill "ER's" and "Grey's Anatomy" shows. Those shows are a dime a dozen. This show provides an edgier style. Is it 100% accurate? No. But unless your a doctor that works in a busy Trauma Center or a flight medic/nurse than you probably don't know the difference. I am sad to see the show go.

The aircrew on that Huey needs to button thier chinstraps and tilt those helmets forward a bit...
You cant hear at all in a Huey without the darn chinstraps cinched...OMG..Yeah people its that bad...and you cant hear anyone talk with the boom mic five feet away from the mouth...
Its painful to watch...I like the show otherwise...

This show is GREAT! Every single EMS comment that says O thats wrong I am an EMS and we don't do that and we don't say that...just shut it up! The whole world does not have a job of being an EMS so we don't even know if what they are saying is correct and why does that matter anyway??? My goodness ITS A TV SHOW its not real! WHY must people say they are an embarrassment to people who work in that field and so forth..I love this show and in a way i'm glad its getting canceled so that i will not have to come back to HULU and hear all the CRAP that the REAL EMS workers have to say. Maybe those workers should of been on the show to coach them...instead of just shutting up and watching the show or better yet NOT WATCHING AT ALL!

I think this show is decent, enough action to make it worth watching but the writing is terrible. Its hard to take a show seriously thought when they make so many mistakes in the scenarios. Like at the beginning of this episode when the cop brings the suspect over to the son to ID him....cops NEVER let the suspect see the face of his accuser for fear of retribution. Or in the helicopter where they only have 2 people all the time.. medic flights always have 2 pilots and then a Dr and/or nurse on board to handle the patients. Things like that make the show lose its credibility. Its too bad with all the money they put up to produce this show that they didn't hire a decent consultant.
