im only on ep. 17 but i hope they explain why the spiral king wants all humans to live underground See 2 other replies

I'm a little confused, The Spiral King said that a million humans on the surface of the Earth would trigger the Anti-Spiral. But the way the Anti-Spiral talked it seemed million humans on Earth mean both above ground and below.

From what I can the the show it's self may just mean the surface giving that they made a big deal about Rossiu make people live on the surface.

On a side note I wonder if the Anti-Spiral count beastman in the human count?
