That biggest loser chick is such a tool. SERIOUSLY! telling people what you can and can not eat. That's dumb. You can eat whatever you want. LITERALLY! There is no food in the world that you can't eat. You want regular pasta? Eat regular pasta, not whole wheat. You want pizza? Eat some pizza. You want fries? EAT SOME DDAMN FRIES! Just eat until you're full. Don't eat everything on your plate because you feel like you have to, because chances are that when you do that you're overeating to the point of uncomfortableness. Eat intuitively. Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full and try and eat a balanced meal. But you don't have to substitute things. If you do that all that will happen is eventually you'll end up with such a craving for something that you'll end up bingeing on it, and that's worse than eating a small amount of it. That's my advice. I don't like this woman at all. I would never send any of my friends to her if she were a nutritionist giving out information like that crap. Guess she really is the biggest Loser, cause she's going to be losing out on good food for the rest of her life if she keeps that mindset.
