Clearly some of you haven't been following the comics or checking up on characters via wiki.Here's the thing about Beast, his changed occured back when the "Xtreme X-Men" ran. Beast became severly injured and it was determined that inorder to save his life, he would have to undergo a forced mutation, taking him through a secondary mutation, which happens naturally sometimes in mutants. (Emma Frost underwent such a mutation herself, While she is normal looking she can user her telepathy normally, however she now has a diamond form and while in this form she is nigh invulnerable and possess super strength, but she cannot use her telepathy.)Beast survived the arduace proceadure, and became the more cat like Beast your seeing now. He is faster, heals faster, stronger & more agile, has claws, and lastly enhanced senses. The only thing he really complains about is that his fingers are more meety and akin to paws...so doing intricate work with his fingers is a problem he works around.

I shouldn't actually review this. I didn't watch the whole thing. As soon as I saw the Beast's heart grow three sizes that day, I had to turn it off. It's a shame, I like Whedon's stuff.

I hate how they keep ruing the movies with these false stry line....ynot stay truthful to theano comics. i agree beast looks silly and y no cool charecters like dead pool and more of gambit. on.y the usual and boring cherectures all the time. and btw what the hell did they do to deadpool in the movie or agent zero what charecture assassanation

I am so excited that Hulu is playing this stop-motion comic! It was much more visually impressive than I expected. I love everything that Joss Whedon has written from Buffy to Dollhouse. Can't wait to watch more. :)

I really enjoy the comic book in motion. It's different from animation but I kick out of the drawing & ink work. Love the bed scene with Cyclops & Emma Frost ( who is totally hot). And the short fight between Cyclops & Wolverine is cool. Good to see Kitty finally grow up and is now a young woman.

This makes an already dramatic comic past the "watchable" barrier. Love the originals, but this is where is should be laid to rest. This, and sonic the hedgehog.

This needs a little more work. Need to add more characters. I don't like that Beast looks like a cat.
