A guy shows sympathy for another creature and you respond by saying "shut up"?

I'm not a vegetarian or a PETA member and I enjoy fish and seafood of all kinds. But I agree with Mark in hoping that none of the fish in the koi pond were hurt for the sake of a silly web clip to put on Hulu. (One that wasn't even funny to begin with, unless you're the type who chuckles along with the laugh track for "That's So Raven.") I doubt any of them were.

But why attack a guy just cause you don't share his sympathies? See 4 other replies

Are you serious?...if a fish dies at the expense of The office making the public laugh, i will certainly not lose any fish over it. I also ate fish for dinner lasy night, and it was quite delicious. See 4 other replies

There actually were koi in the pond. I hope none of them were hurt for a 5 second blurry clip in a sitcom.

it is a huge liability, people can slip all the time... michael should have sued them for emotional grief. this would be a classic tort if he got hurt. to think they would ask him to pay for anything is ridiculous.
