But if I had to venture a guess, then I think my explanation of how the movie is satirical would be that it aims to criticize those who vehemently oppose marijuana and constantly demonize it - reefer madness. Your definition of satire, which is probably the right one (cause you're so great), seems to be, at least to me, more in tune with allegory. It'd be great if you could clear up the modicum of difference between all these terms.I actually didn't think it was a real movie because it seemed a lil shotty. If I had known it was a real movie, then I wouldn't have thought it was a "serious" movie, which was more of the point I was trying to make.
