I think that that is exactly how they train fighting dogs to kill. They set the dogs on a weaker dog (or a cat, or a puppy) and encourage them to kill it. I'm not seein' that one.I'm curious what you think about the voting age or other age based restrictions. Those exist because the majority of us buy into the idea that children don't have fully formed minds capable of making completely rational decisions. If a child is competent enough to be held completely culpable for their own actions, why not consider competent enough to make decisions about politics or driving.Also, there is a fair bit of evidence that children are "hard-wired" to accept the direction of authority figures in their life. This is especially true in the case of an authority figure the child in some way wants to be like or perceives as strong in some way.I think you have over generalized a personal aggravation with a separate issue. I can relate to this. When I'm keeping a secret from someone or don't want someone to know something and they ask a direct question about it, I'll deflect so I'm not actually lying but I'm not giving anything away, either.
