I know it says it was made in 2004, but everything about this show--the animation styling, the movement, the color schemes, the soundtrack, the sound quality (as was mentioned), the pacing, the voice acting, even the freaking font of the subtitles--literally *everything* is straight from the mid 90's. There's no way it's an accident. Some people might find it nostalgic, some may find it outdated, but personally I'm indifferent about it.
As to the actual content of the show, I've only watched the first episode but it looks like pretty standard fare, nothing special. It's not terrible, but there's no way anyone over the age of 10 could really enjoy this show. I'd watch it if it were on tv and I was channel surfing or something, but I'm not going to waste my time on Hulu when there are better shows out there.
