It's not like the director is telling them to do that. Some people do different things with different hands.

I honestly find it weird that you pay close enough attention to find it bothersome. It'd probably bother you to watch me, then, seeing as I write with my right hand but eat with my left. See 3 other replies

Knowing his dad I wouldn't be surprised if he was trained to be ambidextrous. Although I think James Roday is ambidextrous so that might account for it too. See 3 other replies

Just a few thoughts I wanted to add: We know Shawn's not gonna get killed, so that particular scene could have been better written. The car chase at the end was funny, but I would have liked to have seen something more dramatic happen with the bad guy, like say Lassie's car somehow manage to cause the truck to flip with Shawn half way in the back window of the cop car.

Although there were a few hokey moments in "Shot in the Dark", I think the writers had a great idea with this one! This episode was fun. I think there were a few scenes that could have been done better, but overall, the show is still fantastic! Looking forward to the rest of the episodes!

Or ambidextrous or something. He shoots left-handed and in other episodes he tends to uses both hands. But he wears his watch on the left which is usually a right-handed thing to do.

I loved it. I was shocked and surprised. My sister and I were watching it for the first time and trust me the whole time we were in utter suspense and pain knowing that the main character could possibly die. Then if he did die there would be no more show. I was very interested. I think I've watched this episode more times than I have any episode of the show. I loved the new take on Sean I had never seen before.
