Really not even worth watching to pass the time. Just watch the wall instead. This movie made no sense, because the story had no continuity. Each scene bounced around with various lines and reactions from the actors that didn't add up, and then the next scene had no natural progression based on the previous one. The FBI agent telling the kid his parents are sleeper spies. Why tell him? Why did the agent move in across the street? He wasn't home the one time they needed him. And why did the kid run across the street the ONLY TIME that Constantine was at the agent's house? Why did they wait to pay until there were only 2 agents left alive on the list? The ridiculous trade of hostages on the trolley. Exactly how did his parents find that particular trolley? It's not like they had GPS. And what was Constantine going to do with Jeff in Russia? The whole thing was just bad and boring.

Saw this movie years ago, was even in the downtown San Diego area when they were shooting it and watched certain segments of it filmed. Sidney Poitier was excellent in his role, as he most always is, but thought River Phoenix was weak, anyone could have done that role as well if not better than he did (just as I thought when it first came out). Always liked Richard Lynch as a bad guy, he just seemed to have the right look and attitude to be that type character. It is a film definately worth watching.

But that kid.. Jeff. I see some talent. He looks to have a great future ahead of him....

Nothing too exiting but a good "B" movie to pass the time.
