Norman Osborne is currently head of what was once S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Marvel Universe. They are like the CIA and FBI together and then on super steroids and with unlimited funds. Super duper spies and head real nation security. He was in charge of a group of villains who are forced to work for teh government. After Tony Stark (Iron Man) was deamed a failure, and since Norman Osborn was seen as a hero in the Skrull Wars for using the Thunderbolts to defend D.C. and he personally shot the Skrull Queen in the head, they made him head of the SHRA. The main problem is he used to be teh Green Goblin, and although he is supposed to be cured of his evil side, it is in fact always with him.

First Marvel really isn't Kiddie crap, Sure some of the movies are but look at the others. Punisher and Blade are some of the most graphic movies they made. Also the only reason the Fantastic 4 and Spider man movies where so childish was because Children are into those Marvel Characters more then others. Second Batman is DC not Marvel. believe it or not Stan Lee had something to do with Batman's Psychology in later years. DC hired Stan to bring in a new look for some of the previous DC Supers, and Batman was the one he worked on the most. Wait a second who does Stan Lee Represent?????? Thats Right MARVEL!
