Brennan's hair and wardrobe this season have been horrid. These incessant dresses she keeps wearing make her look frumpy and she was much more striking as a brunette/red head as opposed to this light brown haired person with blonde frosted tips. Her hair looks damaged and fried at the ends due to the color. I much prefer the rich copper her hair used to be. It makes her look younger and brings out her eyes more. And I think her hair styles have also made her look old and frumpy. I remember her style improving in season 2 with the hair and wardrobe and I think they've regressed considerably this season. I'm disappointed in their ridiculous effort to feminize her with these nasty dresses and boring hair color and styles. Meanwhile, Cam and Angela look great. Hair and wardrobe is pretty much on point this season.
On a positive note, I do like Brennan's makeup. It's very natural looking and not overdone, which speaks to Deschanel's natural beauty.
