A good, if not elementary look at HAARP, which has been getting more attention nowadays then when I first started researching it in the early-90's. The rhetoric of this film though, slides between medium level scientists to medium level researchers. The interview with HAARP's architect is extremely interesting. But if you really want to know about the possibilities behind HAARP, read anything you can about Nikola Tesla, if he had his way we would all have free energy that we would grab straight out of the sky with antennas. Tesla believed the universe was made of electricity and modern scientific thought is beginning to realize Tesla may have been correct. Look up Tesla's experiment's in Colorado, they'll impress and shock you. One question to ask, why did the US Government take away three boxcars of Tesla's writings and equipment after he died? My guess is he was correct on a lot of ideas and the death-worshiping cult that is the Military Industrial Compex wanted Tesla's experiments for their own nefarious means.
