So true. Most people don't know where the word welfare comes from. In the Bill of Rights it says that it is the governments job to provide an environment to allow the people to "Fair well", Now we have NAFTA, Favorite Nation Trade Agreement, We are no longer getting tariffs for imported goods. Income tax created sometime in the 1920's among others. This is not an environment to allow us to fair well but rather a hidden tax on the people. Economy in the crapper, Jobs outsourced, businesses leaving the country for low paid employees is only costing us and allowing business to fair well. OK, Now about HAARP, I no longer trust our Government after the above mentioned items. They said it would improve the economy of third world countries, Would help eliminate starvation there and would be good for our country. When will the lies stop? HAARP is another program that should be seriously looked at and maybe not run by the Government. Cant experimentation be done on a smaller scale or even in a lab. After all they test major flooding in labs, tornado's in can in a lab. I can rattle on for hours, but I will end now with, GOD help us all and save us from our Government.   See 7 other replies

This movie was just them interviewing a bunch of hippies for an hour and asking them if they are against a government project. Of course they are against it. This movie provides no evidence that the project is not safe. It is all just the opinions of hippies and people who couldnt make it as scientists.
