You are so right Justin. Our government took over another country, stole their oil and subjugated them to our will. That’s why our economy is doing so well and the price of gas is so affordable. Good thing we went in there to take their resources because if we hadn't we wouldn't be drowning in our own debt right now.<rolling my eyes>Oh and Bob, "for those that don't know" their evil plot is to take over the planet and serve us up for lunch. Unless this "re-imagining" decides to take "Pretenama" seriously in the end and we all live together like a dysfunctional family. Kind of like the series "Alienation."

im confused, is this supposed to be liberal or conservative propaganda? globalism was a liberal ideal earlier in the century (UN,free trade) but has since become less so (see g20 riots)? it seems like everybody whining about ha a different opinion and a limited knowledge of political history.that being said the show sucks

Fourth...I remember watching the mini series with my mother in elementary school. I did not think anything more than it being an science fiction series about aliens who came to Earth to use it for their own purposes. Although I agree with the warning undertones in the series, sometimes people need to let it go, leave politics aside, and enjoy a show for what it is. I'll admit that I like to read into things, and after listening to a conservative talk show call in, I expected "V" to be rooting for the socialist ideals, but instead I saw it revealing the dangers of such a society. My point is that there are not 29 space ships hovering over major cities around the world. There are, however, real threats out there, and sometimes we just need to take a break from the news and enjoy some entertainment in front of the TV. If you don't agree with the show or it bores you don't watch it. If you liked the 80s version and want to relive it in the 21st century, enjoy it. If you enjoy reading into the plot as political propaganda, have at it. Don't get your pannies in a pinch over someone's review. It is just one person's opinion, just like this is mine. We all have them, and we can't all agree. That's what makes this country great. You can watch what you want and say what you want about it.

Both parties are controlled by reptilians. They fool us into thinking that we have a choice when they actually control both parties. Then the simple minded people follow the party lines and help the reptilians erode our liberties.
