Trauma

I work as a EMT, currently working to get my paramedic. There are a LOT of things that I could point out what's wrong with this show but that's not the point.
I really enjoy this show it reminds me of run's that I've had, relationship's with coworkers. I bet any EMS service you go too, they all have their different opinions but essentially we are all one bonded family. This show shows that even though we have stressful jobs its nice to have family and friends get a little understanding into what we do.
Another note for this episode, this is a prime reason on why I don't like wearing Class A, and wearing a badge on my chest. It makes me look like cop. I'm not saying I'm going to work wearing a Tee Shirt, but I wear a polo with the company logo, and I wear my badge at my hip. I still look professional but not like a cop   See 40 other replies

As an EMT, my only real complaint about the show is the frequent use of the helicopter. Working in Los Angeles county I've only seen maybe 3 or 4 helicopter extrications in the 4 years I've been doing this. The fact they pull the chopper out every 5 minutes is mind-boggling to me. Plus the fact that they take Blunt-trauma patients makes me laugh.   See 40 other replies
