I see two shows labeled Tower of Druaga, which one are you supposed to watch first?

The Tower of Druaga did in fact come out long before Final Fantasy 7, but your complaint is still able to stand in the fact that there's barely any likeness between this series and the game. The game is about Gilgamesh the old king in this anime, Neeba and just about all of the characters were created for this anime. And yes, I do realize this response is 8 months late I just figured you might want an answer.

I really enjoyed watching this. The characters are interesting and I'm glad that the series has some closure. This series is less goofy and more serious than Aegis.

Ok... so heres the thing; I am deeply offended on behalf of Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII as the older brother/ main antagonist looks just like him. I am a die hard fan of Zack and this is just a total rip-off!! If the Tower of Duraga video game came out first...well i still think its a rip-off, but i apologize anyway.

The show itself isn't bad and I actually quite enjoyed it. STILL!! To have any likeness of Zack be soo weak-willed and evil is just offensive. Hmph*

I wasn't particularly fond of the cliffhanger at the end of Season 1, so I wasn't expecting much of a payoff at the start of Season 2. Pretty much everything that made Aegis of Uruk such a joy to watch has been taken out or replaced with something inferior. The cast is bigger yet none of the new character bring an ounce of charm. The characters returning from Season 1 have been turned into shallow versions of their former selves. Even their costume designs feel watered down. Skip it unless you're looking for closure to the series. But don't expect any meaningful conclusions or tied up plot threads.
