Fat jokes are lazy, mean, and harmful but Conan has at least raised them to an art that transcends what would be the same old tired material in the hands of a lesser comic. You just know he was baiting Kirstie Alley until she would be forced to respond so he could milk the gag even more. Well played sir.

I loved Conan for years. When he did his farewell episode and promised he "would not grow up" everyone was overjoyed. Then they started watching his new show and one thing was obvious to everyone. He had grown up. His monologue is just about as dry as Leno's ever was. The few times when something is on the verge of being funny, Andy RIchter ruins it. I think just taking Andy off of the show would make the show 2x better.

I'm a long time Conan fan and watcher. Watched the Late Night show for years and years. He is still great, but this show sucks. Conan.... Fire. Your. Writers. They are dragging you down. They are terrible. You know the best work you did, in all the years of your late night show? It was when your writers were on strike! Fire them, start over. Your show sucks now. They get an "okay" idea and then run it into the ground be repeating it 7 times in two weeks.
Fire them.
Get new ones. Conan is still hilarious, but this show sucks...

I can see why this show doesn't appeal to the elder folks but oh well, they can watch something else. There are some good segments in here, A Look Into The Future is my favorite skit. But I also like the Celebrity survey and the Conando skit just because it is so cheesy it is funny. I don't much care for Twitter Tracker, the last one was the only one that was actually funny, mainly because they used Andy in it.
I wish they used Andy more than they do, he is hilarious more so than Conan. My favorite part of the show with Andy was when he was standing in the back of the stage eating a pizza. I couldn't stop laughing at that.
To me this show is an improvement over Jay Leno's. I didn't find him funny at all. Of course the worst show is Jimmy Fallon's. Man that show is painful to watch, it is like you have some troll out there hosting the show.

I believe ever since the episode with Kate Beckinsale Conan is starting to get offended and feels like he can't crack all the jokes that he is used to doing. All the people on the show are giving him a hard time for his jokes and they (his jokes) are starting to suck now because of that.

I think N.B.C. made the biggest mistake they could have ever made by letting Leno leave the show. And CONNAN!!! in his place what a joke. I didn't even watch his regular show. This new show of Leno's will show them how terrible wrong they were. Conan is just no tonight show material. I do not think he is happy either.You can see it in his face. N.B.C. MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. They will have to make a change very soon or loose the very ones who have keep the shows ratings up all these years. Put Leno Back where he belongs.

i was wondering why the recent clips of the governor Arnold Schwarzenegger helping fight the California wild fires weren't posted?? :( they were hilarious!!!

And by those two i mean Andy and Jay.
Andy interrupts Conan and tries to add his dumb jokes and it not funny. Everytime he does that, Conan has to fake laugh. Andy sucks so bad.
Jay Leno sucks too but not as bad. If he ever made actual funny joke, its only thanks to the writers. He also looks weird to me. His face kinda looks like a fat male cross dresser with a dead skunk on his head and a big chin. Oh there is one thing i find funny about, his voice.
I love watching Conan, i love love love Triumph and his skits. I'll always love him and his show, doesnt matter what time.
Also, Max doesn't get much camera time anymore. :[ boo, thats sucks.
