I hope it's OK to address you directly Gary. I first started watching your show on my Roku box (a Netflix feature) on Mediafly so I really don't know much about Hulu.
I run a recording studio called Batcave Studios (batcavestudios.net) the name of my business is Sharp Recording Service. I will be 65 in February. I have played drums and performed as a singing drummer for around 50 years/ I guess this leads to a cooment or two about the sound of your show.
When I tuned infor the first time, the volume nearly knocked my head off and Gary your voice gets pretty intense when you get excited. The use of a limiter on the voice/s would help smooth things out a little.
The 2nd suggestion I have it to place a 2nd mic near your guests. Sometimes you can be heard but I have to turn up the TV to hear what your guest is saying.
I like your show a lot and you have helped me to understand nuances of wine that I never appreciated.
I am a wine novice really so sometimes I can't tell whether you are talking about a grape variety or the geographical region that the wine is from.
I'd like to see a show where you discuss grape varieties, where they are from, thier attributes etc.
I check everyday to see if a new Thunder Show epidone is up on Mediafly and sort of Jones when there isn't one.
By the way, I grew up in South Jersey.
Keep it up Gary I enjoy what you are doing.
Jim
